I have been staying at the hotel for many years and come back again and again (frequent business trips). The most important thing for me is the atmosphere of the hotel and the hotel staff. Yes, there are questions, but where are they not? but! all absolutely issues are resolved and quickly, which is very important! The hotel really cares about the image. If it hadn't been for that, I wouldn't have come here, there are other hotels in Kazan. The cost doesn't matter to me.
